Happy Pride Month 2025

At Cirdan, we build technology with the ultimate goal of helping people across the world. Behind a huge mission is a range of people: from the teams who build our solutions, to the clinicians who use them every day, to the patients whose lives and diagnoses are impacted by Cirdan. Every one with a unique story, identity, and experiences. Pride Month serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of those stories and why it matters that every person feels safe, respected, and empowered to be their authentic self.

Inclusion is not something that happens once a year. It is a vital part of modern life, and a goal we strive to build every day. Through the conversations we start, the curiosity we show, and the culture we choose to create. Pride Month offers a moment to pause, reflect, celebrate, and recommit to that work with renewed intention.

This Pride Month at Cirdan, we want to highlight visibility, voice, and solidarity. We aim to honour the history, courage, and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community historically and up to the present day, while also acknowledging that progress is ongoing and that there is still much more to do. We won’t try to have all the answers, but we always aim to be open to learning, listening, and growing.

We are proud of the people who form Cirdan’s community. Every member of the LGBTQ+ community, from our colleagues, to our partners, our worldwide customers and friends, who bring their whole and authentic self to what they do. This Pride Month, we want to take time to recognise and uplift these voices, to stand with our community, and advocate for a future of equality and inclusivity, where everyone belongs.
